Enter the total number of PCs to be included in the service plan. This includes all workstations, laptops, home PCs and laptops (full support). Note: Do not include home PCs/laptops for those who work from home and only need connectivity to work servers, files, email, etc., but do not need full support services for the home PC/laptop.
Printers/Copiers/Scanners:
This is only the number of "stand alone" printers, copiers, scanners that are connected to your network. Desktop printers and desktop all-in-one printers/copiers/scanners are included in the managed service plan without additional cost.
Managed Network Devices:
This includes managed switches, routers, firewalls and any other devices that are connected to your network which require managed service.
Support Levels:
Basic Support is available Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is included in the managed IT Support plan for no additional charge. Additional support levels are available for addtional charges. You will receive pricing for all support levels in your emailed instant quote.
