Our HelpDesk personnel are certified to support various operating systems and production server applications such as Windows, Office, Exchange, SQL, etc.

We support and service various server and desktop hardware, printers, network copiers, scanners, smart phones, and PDAs.

Experts in networking and security, we support various manufacturers' routers, firewalls, and security appliances, including Cisco, SonicWall, Linksys, ISA, and more.

We partner with premium systems manufacturers such as Dell, HP, Intel, Adtran and more, to provide quality reliable systems to our clients.

In addition, we support industry specific software from Microsoft, Sage, Symantec, Intuit, and many more.

We work with all accounting and production application providers to manage and administer patient management, workflow, CRM, accounting and other production and database systems through direct third party support for those systems.

We use the latest remote access tools from Bomgar to provide anywhere support directly to client systems and devices as needed.

Our HelpDesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
