Waived Setup Fees...

Other providers charge large up-front setup fees to get started with their computer services. SBS defers setup fees reducing your costs to get managed IT services implemented for your organization. We inventory your equipment, document your systems and infrastructure, chart your topology, setup monitoring, configure CRM, and much more.  We provide this information to our partners up-front with no out of pocket expense. We then waive the cost completely after our partners utilize our services for a brief period.

IT Support Plans

SBS delivers proactive maintenance services through our IT Support Plans. Designed to reduce your costs, increase your profits and mitigate your business risks, we partner with you as your Virtual CIO and IT Department, allowing you to focus on running your business, not your technology. 

Our relationship begins with evaluating your current state of technology, including infrastructure, hardware and line-of-business applications and vendors. We work with you to identify your critical business processes, pain points and vulnerabilities, and perform a threat analysis to determine your business risks. Completing this process allows us to design a Technology Plan that aligns with your long-term business goals.

We become an extension of your business, and true Partner. Because our Service Plans are based on a flat monthly fee allowing you the ability to budget your IT costs annually, we assume both the financial and technical risks in our relationship, fueling our commitment to continuously identify and deliver solutions that improve your efficiencies and reduce downtime - as a true Partner should.

Unlimited Support

Many managed service providers limit the number of hours of support their clients can obtain at the agreed rate. SBS never limits support hours. Covered support services are provided regardless of time requirements.*

Consulting

SBS includes a base number of hours annually to provide project consulting services to our partners, and additional hours, if required, are billed at some of the lowest rates in the industry. Many providers mark up their hourly rates, and then claim to offer discounted rates to their customers.

Dedicated Technicians

Nothing is more frustrating than dealing with a different person every time you request support. That is especially true if it is the same support issue, and you are getting different people, different answers, and varied or no results.  Unlike most other providers, SBS provides our partners a dedicated technician. Your partner technician is your go to contact for all support issues, and takes ownership of all high level services and projects. It’s like having your own IT person.*

System Monitoring

Monitoring critical services is included with all SBS support contracts. Other providers can charge hundreds of dollars a month for the same services.*

Client CRM

No Long Term Contracts

We want our partners to be completely satisfied whether they use us or not.  That is why we don’t have long term contracts and will happily transition partners to other providers if they decide to explore other options.

Freely Add and Remove Assets

Many providers build their long-term contracts around the equipment supported at the time of origin, then charge extra to modify the contract. SBS knows that IT infrastructure is dynamic and needs to be flexible, which is why there are never any fees to add or remove equipment under your partner support agreement.*
