What does the monthly service fee include?

The monthly service fee covers the following:

Inventory and documentation of all supported systems.

Network Topology Document.

Unlimited Technical Support for covered systems including, troubleshooting and resolution services, remote assistance, phone and email support, and on-site support if needed.

Proactive Maintenance of covered equipment and software, including updates from manufacturers.

Real Time Monitoring 24x7 to ensure uptime, continuity of operations and problem anticipation, detection, and alerting.

Vendor Management (optional)

Custom Computer and Internet Usage Policy, and more...

So no matter what happens in my environment, I'll never pay more than my monthly fee?

Examples of items that are not covered under our monthly service plans include the cost of replacement or new hardware, shipping costs, the cost of software including licensing, renewal or upgrade fees, and the cost of any third party vendor or manufacturer support or incident fees. Whenever the potential arises for additional fees outside of our monthly fee, you will always be notified in advance for approval.

 Do you perform support on an as-needed basis?

Studies show that proactive maintenance improves equipment longevity, uptime and efficiency, and provides cost savings over time. Since all of our service plans are based on this premise, we do not recommend "reactive" services, however we will still provide "time & materials" service plans.
